Mac App Store
Steve Jobs announced the forthcoming Mac Appstore today. The paradigm will be the same as the well known Appstores on iOS devices: one click shopping, immediate installation and notifications on available updates. Opera Mini for iPhone approved →
It´s unbelievably fast. The UI is sort of different, pinch to zoom doesn´t work as I expect it to and overall there´s room for some improvement in usability. One thing is the interface for deleteing/configuring bookmarks on the home page disappears so fast it´s unusable to me. But it´s so fast I can´t believe it. It´s a good sign that Apple approved it.
